A consortium led by Spectrum Center, Inc. was awarded a contract to implement a turn-key spectrum management system to the Posts and Telecommunications Department (PTD) of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Myanmar.
The delivery will include an adaptation of Spectrum Center’s flagship spectrum management platform known as Spectrum-E©, along with the delivery of the supporting IT infrastructure, training services, integration with external systems, database design and data migration as well as propagation model calibration.
Being a web application, the delivery of a new web-browser based spectrum management system will be in-keeping with the current demand from government organizations across the board to provide on-line, contact-less alternatives to interacting with the public.
Contract includes a multi-year period of performance.
