Tutorial Tuesdays continues with a new Spectrum-E^© tutorial video on the Spectrum Center YouTube channel. The “Tutorial Tuesdays” series highlights pre-existing functionality included with Spectrum-E^©.

This new video focuses on how to configure the prediction User Palette in Spectrum-E^©. This video highlights how to modify an existing User Palette as well as how to create a new custom User Palette.

The Spectrum Management Authority (SMA) of Jamaica has gone live with its new e-licensing system based on the Spectrum-E^© software product from Spectrum Center, Inc. (McLean, VA). The new SMA Electronic Licensing System (ELIC) includes an on-line citizen web portal that allows for on-line submission of all types of wireless licensing and certification applications handled by the SMA.
